I revisited Firehouse Subs today and they did not disappoint! It has the firehouse theme with all the gear as decoration. Very inviting. Greeted at the front counter courteously, I placed my order for my sandwich and added on chips & a drink. The display of chips is next to the counter so once you pay you have plenty of time to figure out what kind of chips you’re hungry for! Their drink machine is an all in one: ice dispenser and push buttons for various drink choices. Their sweet and unsweet tea is freshly brewed (my favorite) on the drink counter. I also inquired about their $3 red pickle buckets and found out all I needed to know. Their pickle spears are delivered in these great 5 gallon buckets and are for sale for $3. Proceeds help support first responders and public safety organizations. Their service was quick and my Italian sub was super delicious. Remember to load the app and earn reward points.

The employees were really kind and helpful with what to order from their menu despite it being close to closing time. My girlfriend and I both ended up getting the Italian, one with wheat bread and the other with white. It was delicious and was ready almost immediately. The main dining area as well as the bathrooms were very well taken care of and clean. We will be back to this location specifically anytime we’re craving subs!

Ive been to this firehouse subs before and they’re usually nice. I asked the girl for extra BBQ sauce with my sandwich and she said ok (I usually do this without issue). I even verified with her that she put 3 extra sauces in the order. When I picked up my order the kid making the sandwich said they can’t give more than 2 sides of sauce. Although I usually get 3 sides, like a did last week. I offered to pay for an extra cup of sauce and he said they don’t sell it. Then when I got home the sandwich is made wrong, it says No mayo on the receipt, but it’s slathered with Mayo. They also forgot the soup crackers. Terrible service today and the attitude of the kid making the sandwich was horrible. The other kid beside him took my order the other day and didn’t mention their rationing of BBQ sauce at all.

So I will start by saying the entire staff was doing EVERYTHING well and correct. Cleanliness was impeccable. So BRAVO to the store as it a unit; but I want to recognize individually the young man SEBASTIAN tonight (fri may 12th). He is training for EMT, and when I mentioned a minor injury to my leg that I had not addressed yet- he immediately and matter of factly replied that he would get my order in, then he would clean and dress my cuts with gauze. He did it quickly and efficiently, and most of all I feel that simple gesture spoke to his Quality of Character!

Ask for hot peppers put 5 on a med sandwhich even ask for extrA. Salad was horrible had a lot of hearts in it. You want a good salad or sandwhich go to Jersey Mike’s, you might pY a little more but well worth it.
