This is disgusting. $8.99 for a medium sandwich, and $13.99 for my son’s large sandwich. Where is the meat? They have the nerve to have a tip jar out too! Skimpy sandwich and an unappealing presentation. With drinks or lunch was over $30, and this is what I got. Disgusting. I’ll never go there again. Save your money. Overpriced and underwhelming.

The redhead cashier that worked today, 8.17.23 at 6:14 pm. You ruined our Dinner experience and we wasted $33.25 on two incorrectly made sandwiches. You couldn’t stay awake to take the order that is why you messed up the order. Check security cameras please manager. We will NEVER be back!!! Management is horrible communication is absurd. We felt like we were on candid camera or ridiculousness for REAL!!!!

A bit disappointing! I been here a few times. The first time was good. The past few times was really bad. I ordered a sandwich from them the other day and I couldn’t even eat it. The sandwich was just terrible. I went back yesterday and showed them and the girl could care less and the rest of the staff was just laughing. Here is a picture of the $10 tuna sandwich. This is very unusual for this place and it’s always been good. This time my mom and I both got cold subs that were just soggy and inedible. The service was fast but it seemed like maybe these had been sitting out for a while. Very disappointing to see.

They get your food done fairly quick, but the quality of the meats is bottom of the barrel. Which stinks because they have some creative sandwiches on their menu. But its just ruined by the low quality cuts of meat they use. Also very over priced. This is the most expensive sub you will find.

I’ve been to Firehouse subs I don’t know how many times. Their subs are pretty awesome! Publix used to be pretty up there for their subs but they got Publix beat by mile!!!!
