Put in a pick up order. Didn’t get a pickle. Maybe it was the sandwich I ordered but it was drowning in sauce. I had asked for Sorenson’s sauce on the side and extra but they weren’t in my bag, so maybe they didn’t see I ordered it on the side and instead gave me a sandwich in a Sorenson’s gravy boat. It’s been a while since I had been to Firehouse. Quality seems to have gone down. Place looked clean though!

We ended up here because of their free sub for the name of the day promotion. My mother’s name was chosen and we do not regret trying it. Come to think of it I’ve seen them around but never thought to try it. Nevertheless as I said we were happy that we did. The sub did not long & was oh so tasty!

I walked through the doors and was greeted by everyone I saw except for one young lady. No big deal but I definitely took note of it because she looked me in my face as I smiled at her and she gave me a blank stare. After preparing my food she called me to pick up my order (no thank you either). Thank god I don’t live far away. When I opened up my bag the 1st thing I saw was a pickle that clearly had been eaten on. All of the middle missing and only the skin left. I immediately returned back to the store. I was given a refund and apology from the cashier and the lead. This young lady was seated while on what looked like a break. She would not look up the entire time I was there and kept pulling her hat down trying to hide her face. This review definitely won’t be the end of this.
