Wrote a review last week not sure how it got taken down, but service was so horrible the managers working that day was the rudest and nastiest employees ever! Food was not right management was rude would not give their name regular employees kept saying they were the manager and would not help! Asked for corporate number was told to google it

I will not come back. The bread wasnt toasted and it was gross. I asked for a gallon of their cherry-limeade to-go and I waited five minutes for that after my food was ready. Just a poor showing all around. The workers have to care to put out quality and it was all across their faces and attitudes that this wasnt the case.

I bought a veggie sub today 7/26/23. I didn’t eat it because the young kids was playing with the food. Please hire someone to watch these people or have a camera while they fix the food. I wasted $8. Today.

Customer service was worst I have ever seen in all of the fire house locations in my life. They didn’t even bother to put lettuce on my sub. I guess they thought I was not going to notice 🙁 . Two of the workers were aware they had not put lettuce on my sub and one was a shift lead. I stopped going to this location after I seen how they lacked professionalism or any care for the customer.

I’ve patronized the Normandy location since it opened and it was great (Pre-Covid). Unfortunately, this will be my last time. The last two visits the bread was not fresh. Today we visited and I told the cashier no cheese because my husband can’t have it and they put cheese on it anyway. My sandwich had the meat on one side of it. The staff looked and acted as if they did not want to be there. I’m done…The restaurant was empty on a Saturday I should have taken this as a sign to keep driving.

Went to Firehouse Subs and got dine-in to meatball subs which we enjoyed so much, the soda machine went out which could not be helped that was something that the soda machine people would have to fix, the restaurant tables was not wiped off I don’t know whether they had just finished lunch time or what but it wasn’t presentable for people to come in and sit to a table, pretty much that was the only complaint we had the food was excellent and the young working that day was very courteous and respectful, I know that there was an older person there but she was not the one who waited on us the young people did and they did a very good job

The sandwich tasted good but being able to eat it without a mess is nearly impossible. Why do you cut the rolls in half? For those who use mayo and whatever else, the whole inside is falling out before you can even take a bite. And you get all bread and no cold cuts sometimes, which makes an uneven sandwich. It would be best to stop cutting them in half fully and only about half way. It’s my personal opinion and I come from the state with amazing hoagies soooo.. Yeah.
