I went in and ordered a medium Tuna Sandwich, no onions + tomatoes & black olives only on White, what I received is a Tuna on very hard white bread, with black olives, Lettuce and cheese? I could not eat the sandwich because the bread is like a rock! The sad thing is all the other times were great! Pay more attention to the people in front of you and less on other things!

Online ordering was down, called in to order twice, both calls were past 7 pm on a Monday, separated by 5 minutes and no answer. Drove to location and 3 people working, no customers in the restaurant at all and all of them were just standing around joking with each other. Love Firehouse subs but will never go to this location again. The food at the location was ok but not as tasty as it usually is at other locations.

In the last couple months I’ve started eating here. I stop through for a sandwich during work about 3-4 times a month. Almost once a week. I order the same thing. Turkey bacon with Mayo hold the ranch. To date not once have I ever got Mayo instead ranch. I’m always in a hurry and forget to check. The Sandwiches are fine but sometimes pretty soggy. Will probably switch to Cheba hut for a few months until I get over it.

I walked into an empty restaurant and was told it would be fifteen minutes before I received my sandwich. What kind of business serves people that are not physically there over the people that are. I’ve never had that happen at the Harmony location. I will never be coming back here. It would have taken three minutes to make 1 sandwich. I left and you lost my business.

Have eaten here 5 times. Food has been consistently good. Pickles are not the greatest, but the sandwiches are good. Prices are close to subway, but the food is better. Staff is a mixed bag. Some friendly, some not. Today was the not friendly crew, but they got the job done and I’m there for the food. Lobby could’ve been cleaner, but wasn’t horrible. Have 2 TVs going. Both were showing skateboard videos today. Menu has calories listed for those who care. Line moved relatively quickly. Order was filled in a reasonable time. Food is better than any of the nearby fast food options in spite of the brooding employees.

I’m reading this restaurant even though I know they don’t care employees never care in order to the owners so sad we’ve come to this. I just asked them to put some extra into it not be so skimpy as last time and of course you know you have to get attitude so I walked out I don’t need their sandwiches that bad especially for the prices they charge for them.

We used to eat here every so often, and it was always good. Came back today for the first time in a couple years and it was the most disgusting, fatty, garbage sandwich I’ve ever had. You would have to really be trying hard to fail this bad at making a simple sandwich.

They did not ask me if I wanted to round up to $17.00 for the first responders. That’s why I go there. They did put a pickle slice with my order. Nor did they ask me if I wanted one. This was at the North College location in Fort Collins Colorado. But they were getting ready to close up shop.

Seeing that the Cheyenne location is impossible to park at, walk inside or even order from I visit this location anytime I need the fix.
