I have not been to this location in months because it’s always dirty or always really slow. I decided to give it another chance. My food was cold, but that was not the bad part. Why did they decide to wrap the meat on the side and not put in the sandwich is beyond me. This is unacceptable!! The meat and cheese was stuck to the wrapper. All our subs were cold. It was such an awful experience.

Sat by the speaker for 15 mins before my order was taken, there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting on food. The first got their food finally, the second car waited for 10 mins then peeled out before receiving their food. I waited an additional 1 5 mins for my food at the window. Total time spent was approximately 45 mins. I wrote 5 emails, talked with my granddaughter, texted friends and watched YouTube videos to pass the time. Great place to sit in your vehicle and catch up on things.

The restaurant itself appears clean and well kept. Its decorated with firemen ‘s theme. There are murals, pictures and patches, etc about firemen. I fell in loved the warm sandwiches at first bite. The associates are welcoming, some more friendly than others. Overall, it’s a nice place to get a meal. They have a large variety of sandwiches, chips, drinks and desserts. Children 12 and under get to eat free with an adult on Sunday. There are also free firemen hats available for the children.

I pulled up to this location at 8:15pm right as an employee was turning off the open sign. He looked upset and was the only one working. I didn’t want to risk anything possibly happening to my food so I just turned around and left. Idk what happened to this location but yikes. Do better.

Drive thru is ok, you’ll wait 20-30 minutes inside. Size of bread has shrunk a lot as well as the amount of meat. A timer so they don’t turn their bread into croutons would be nice.

I love this chain but this location was terrible. Dirty, all tables were filthy, 80% of drinks were out, waited over 35 minutes for sandwiches. After asking about our food they then just started making it. Not even busy so maybe they were prioritizing online orders or something. Won’t be back.
