They were training a new cashier the day we went in, it was the noon hour. We made 4 orders; they failed to get 2 of them correct. The reason I gave a 5 star review is based on how quickly the manager responded with corrected orders, really fast! And cool about it while serving all the other lunch customers.

The staff need to be trained in service and manners. We were the only people in the place we waited for 10 min no acknowledgement, so we left and went to Jersey Mike’s… better service better food.. maybe Firehouse should take a quick lesson or hire and train staff

First time here. What a nice colorful decorated store. Super clean inside. Was greeted with a friendly “Welcome to Firehouse “. Ordered the New York Steamer but added lettuce and tomato. Great flavor explosion in my mouth. Wonderful meats and melty cheese. Loved the pickle on the side. Easy to see store from the street. Has good parking.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews. And I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. But I have been by here two nights in a row and every time I’ve come they are closed before 9 PM. Google says that the store is open until 9 PM. I’ve worked in restaurants before, and sometimes you just want to start getting ahead of closing duties, I get it, but customer service is serving the last customer until the time you are closed. It’s not really fair to close early just because it gets slow or you want to leave. Today there were three of us outside just to come to locked doors. You guys really need to be open until when you say you are. Because this is the second day in a row that I came because of the hours that I work. We went to the Taco Time instead and even the cashier commented that he went to get a sandwich there before, and it was closed by 8 o’clock for him the last time I feel bad to leave a bad review, but it’s not really fair to the customers who take the time to get there to give you our business and money
