the food was good, first two sandwiches came out fine within a timely manner then they just didn’t make the kids grilled cheeses. just forgot i guess? so we asked for them, they gave us 1 of the 2 and looked at us crazy when we said we ordered 2. no music so just an awkward silence and the crankiness of the manager training people.

This chain is my go-to for lunch. Got a New York Steamer here and in each bite part of the meat was hot and part of it was literally refrigerator-cold. Never had that happen at any other location in numerous states. The employees at this location aren’t preparing the sandwich correctly and should be retrained.

First time at this location today. I went through the drive-thru and placed my order for 2 combos. At the drive-thru window I received my order. I drove off and checked my order and noticed the 2 bags of chips were missing. I backed up and advised them and they gave me my chips. When I got home, one of the subs was missing the lettuce and onions I requested. The receipt shows I did request it, but they failed to add it. Disappointing first visit here.

Pulled right up to the drive thru speaker, no cars were in the drive through, placed order with the person asking questions about what options we wanted, so one would think someone is taking this all down, pull forward to the window and sit a good solid 10 minutes before anyone even opened the window to speak with us. The employee says, can you repeat your order? I said so you haven’t started it yet? Then she tries searching her memory for what it was that we ordered, so we left. Looking into the lobby when we drove past, we saw maybe a couple people in there eating. So can’t say they were too busy, even if understaffed, someone could have done something sooner than that. Terrible location, even when we have been able to get a sandwich here in the past, there is just always something about it that was not very good. The location on university never fails to be excellent. Well worth the drive in order to have a good sandwich. Whoever owns, and or manages this northport location should be ashamed.

I don’t know who owns the Northport location, but you need to rethink whoever is making the sandwiches. I ordered online two Engineers, paid extra for extra mushrooms, selected everything for my sandwiches. I paid online and left 30 minutes later on my lunch break to pick up. The sandwiches still weren’t ready, so I waited. I was handed my bag with the 2 medium Engineer sandwiches. it was a pile of meat with nothing but mayo. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no extra mushrooms that I paid for, nothing but turkey and mayo, and it was a mess of a sandwich. I asked for a refund. I’ll go to the University location before going here again.

I want this place to be awesome… but it’s not. If you want a long wait and if-y correct order then you should be happy. We went thru the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes. When I asked why it took so long the girl said “I have no idea” and turned around and walked off.
