This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I have an egg allergy and am GF which I know can be annoying for those in the food industry and try to do my research on allergens the best I can beforehand. However, there is little to no information listed on the firehouse website. Seeing as the store was empty I took the opportunity to ask about ingredients in the GF bread and was met with the rudest response. The woman said no she could not check and it was not listed on the package it comes in either. Having shopped in US stores and worked as a restaurant manager before I know this was a lie. I again asked if she was sure it’s not listed anywhere or if they had any papers listing allergens in store. The woman said to look online and would not speak to me again after that. We left and will not be returning which is quite sad as my family loves this place and what they stand for.

Horrible customer service. My sandwich did not have all the items it was supposed to on it. Which didn’t bother me but when I asked for the items it was missing the cashier gave extreme attitude and argued with me about my order. I would give zero stars if I could for the customer service.

The last time I came to this shop the manager was yelling at his employees. The employees were always there, but I guess they quit after that whole ordeal. The new employees looked miserable and poorly trained. I saw the manager call one of the employees fat, and excused the remark by saying he “has a pot belly too”. The manager seems like a narcissist. Also there was paper in the sandwich that we waited 30 minutes for.

Firehouse is usually expensive. I tipped $2 in the jar then asked for crackers with the chili I ordered. The cashier acknowledged my request then didn’t put crackers in the bag….

It’s 89 degree in the store,and AC doesn’t work. It’s so hard to breath while waiting for the food . Both customers and staffs are sweating badly. It just makes you have no desires for the sub anymore.

Had been out shopping all evening and needed to eat. It was. Close to closing time (an hr). We ordered and the ladies working took care of us fast. We could tell they were annoyed that they got interrupted from their conversation with that being said they probably were ready to go home. Food was fixed fast and was pretty good.

The food was good and I think it was worth the price. I usually don’t get full from just one sub at other places, but I was satisfied at this place. It was my first time in a Firehouse so I got a sub that I wanted to try, but their daily special is a good deal if you wanted to go a little cheaper.
