Delicious! My family always enjoys picking up Firehouse. We drive from Appleton to Oshkosh just to get it. I especially enjoy stopping because the owner, a friendly older gentleman, is always so welcoming. He reminds me of my grandpa and I just look forward to the brief chat. The Philly sub is my favorite and the staff are always willing to tweak the Turkey Bacon Ranch club to be chicken for my husband. The chili is also a must! We enjoy our meal every time and like to round up our purchase for their foundation!

My husband and I were blown away from the moment we walked in, from the individual greetings, we both recieved from the gentleman man behind the counter, to how clean and well kept the store was! There were two people in front of us and one lady behind us, the same gentleman that greeted us, seen the line was getting long, he was quick to step in and take orders! My husband and I never before going to a firehouse subs, had to step out of line, to review the menu. When we finally decided on what we were going to eat, the young lady was smiling, friendly and ready to take our order! As we finished and we’re waiting at the end of the counter for our food, The same gentleman that greeted us and was quick to stand in and take orders, when the line was getting long, was also then gentleman whom handed us our order. Not before letting us know about the restaurant, and where the donations collected go! The information was exciting and also wonderful to hear in today’s world! As I was leaving i looked at his name tag, thinking he had to be a team leader or manager, however I was pleasantly surprised to see it was the owner himself, being a team player! Not one employee was crabby or rude, it was a wonderful out of the blue stop! A place I will definitely be stopping at again

Yum, delicious subs at a pretty reasonable price; always check for coupons or join their sub club. Quality of meat far surpasses Subway & Jimmy Johns. 2023 Update!! They have different bread and the medium subs are WAY smaller.

Every time I place an order for pick up, I arrive 3-5 minutes early to grab my drinks. Whoever the blonde girl working is seems to have an issue every single time and points out what time my order for pick up is. I’ve worked in sub shops before it’s pretty common to show up a few minutes early to pick up your food. Apparently I’m also suppose to grab my own cookie, and when I didn’t she got upset, and threw it in the bag kinda weird.

Firehouse has a very good selection of great subs. Not your run of the mill subs you get at the other chains. They are also a positive force in the community, raising money for local fire fighters. I feel good about spending my money there. The staff is friendly and they keep a clean house. If you’ve never eaten there I recommend you give it a try.
