I learned of the Father’s Day promo that offered a free sandwich if your name started with “Da…”. Google indicated the restaurant was open until 9pm. Had trouble ordering online, so pulled in to the restaurant at 8:52 expecting to ask the staff’s assistance. Nope. The man said curtly, “ordering is closed and everything is shut down”. I mentioned Google’s 9pm and he said, “That is when the lobby closes. I walk out at 9pm.” His coworker intervened at that point saying to me, “I’m sorry, sir, for the inconvenience for you.” He was sincere and it was appreciated. The first man’s failure to empathize was not. And though there are no doubt factors I am unaware of, why can’t “Open until 9pm” simply mean, “Come enjoy our product and service until 9pm”!?

gah dam that sammy was soggy as hell. i ordered gluten free and it was actual sponge after washing the dishes. i could have rang it out if it didnt turn into mush in my hands. i looked like a beast sitting at my desk snarfing down my soggy sammy i spent $13 on. everything else was yummy and it made up for the actual wet wipe “holding” the sammy together. im no sammy artist but i would say this sammy was less than adequate. if you dont like soggy sammies dont come here lol.

The bag of Cheetos was open at the top and therefore stale, the drink station offers zero flavored Coke varieties, and they often forget to ask what type of bread you want and assume white bread. Overall 3 stars.

We are currently eating at this Firehouse and the manager here has made our experience so incredible. He even put on Luca for our two year old to watch while we were eating. Honestly just a really wonderful experience. The food is always good but that just made this place that much better.

My last review was deleted. Apparently they didn’t like what I had to say. Take your business elsewhere. The people that own this place have a poor attitude and will treat you with disrespect because of their own junk online ordering system. They cannot handle a lunch rush. I would like to know what 12 other locations this franchisee supposedly owns so that I never go to any of them. What a poorly run location.
