I ordered meatballs and a salad with onion, tomato , and olives . Got home, the meatballs were very good , but the so called salad had no lettuce , small amount onion , tomato , looked like a garnish . I called , girl told me I can return to add the lettuce ! I said I live too far , just wanted to let know my order was not correct . What going on these days? Back in the day , the employee would have said something like next time you come in , you will get half off your salad price , or some other reasonable accommodation . Did they think I was lying ? I’ve worked since I was 14 years old, and don’t ask for hand-outs. Wth , I won’t be returning to that place .

I have gotten sick from those sandwiches on that day !?. I believe it was from whoever made it . Either something wasn’t fresh or gloves wasn’t changed !? I don’t like it when I can’t see what they are doing while making the sandwiches like other sandwich shops !!!

Firehouse is great, and this location is top notch. Staff was friendly and having a good time during their lunch, EVEN THOUGH the ac was having issues and things were ba little warmer than usual. Definitely recommend firehouse, and Definitely recommend this particular firehouse.

Friendly!! Greeted me when I entered!! I had the large hero sub and it was average. Free drink as military discount. The potato soup was not good but they offer an exchange for it. Comparable to Subway.
