Went to Firehouse on August 14 2023. The employees were nice but didn’t pay attention to what was ask for. Multiple times I ask for extra spare pickles and the one taken order said no problem. But the girl making food was watching tv and didn’t make sandwich right nor did she even add a pickle to my order. Bread was little to toasted. Meet and what little toppings I got was also good.

Went to this location for dinner after placing an order online. When I walked in at 6:25, I was told my order is for 6:30 so I need to wait. All employees were just talking and there weren’t any customers in the lobby. I didn’t get my order until 6:40. Not a huge deal, only 10 minutes but didn’t appreciate the attitude from the employees after walking through the door.

The place had a “Welcome in” staff. Very clean up-to-date. The only down fall is that I ordered a steak n cheese. Thinking hot n fresh. Could taste it on the taste buds. It came out kinda cold. Not sure where the epic failed. So instead of complaining ,I just ate it. Other than that . It seems to be a nice place for teens to hang out!.

Went to this location for he first time excited with my 6 year old. Immediately noticed behind the counter a young girl that had her thong panties pulled so high up on her waist with her back showing because her clothes didn’t fit. It was very unprofessional and disgusting to look at. I didn’t order and left this location asap!

I stopped in on my way out of town. The employee working the register was really struggling with the system. (Locating the options) I wanted to add banana peppers to my sub and he couldn’t find them in the system. Thats when a coworker showed him where to go and as the coworker said they are in alphabetical order the employee stared at the screen. He had to be promoted where “b” feel in the alphabet. By this time he forgot I asked for a drink and a side note had he asked what kind of bread I wanted it on.

I ordered 2 sandwiches to go and requested no mustard, onion, or lettuce. I got home and the sandwiches had everything on them so we were unable to eat them. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explained what happened. All he offered to do was remake the sandwiches. So I had to drive all the way back over to the store to get the sandwiches. When I got home, they were wrong again. What a waste of gas and money! Do not go here. The manager never even apologized or offered anything to compensate for the mistake! Awful customer service!

First time I ever went I ordered Veggie Sub on my lunch break. There were 5 people working behind the counter and it still took them 20 minutes. They were not busy as it was later in the day. I will not be going back as it was definitely not worth the wait.
