Absolutely the worst sub I ever had in my life. This thing had to have a half a pint of mayo on it. I couldn’t even pick it up yet so much mayonnaise get the bottom of the bread was soggy and soft. I couldn’t even eat it I do it in the trash. It was so bad. I had to call there and tell them how bad it was I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever get another sandwich from there.

The WORST FIREHOUSE Subs !!! I did a online order and it wasn’t ready when I arrived and then I paid for bacon they only put it on one side of my sandwich and i also requested less bread and they didnt get that right and when I look no pickle in bag, I told the employee they forgot the pickle he said we out of pickles but they should have led with that when they gave me my order Not professional or seem to care about the making the Customer Happy!!!! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with my sandwich and the establishment

My first time ever eating at firehouse subs. The service was amazing and helpful. Highly recommend the Hook and Ladder it was delicious but the loaded potato soup was so good I took another to go for later. Will definitely be back.

I waited 12 minutes while half a dozen employees ran around doing inconsequential things like turning off the closed sign when the store closes at 9:00 pm and it was only 6:30 pm and one guy made the orders for everyone waiting. It was no wonder I got such a pitiful little cup of COLD chili and a sad little sub. They truly needed some mature management the evening I visited.

Update: 1/11/22 …So, I decided to give this facility another try. I was very disappointed again. I ordered two medium subs. One Italian and one Club on a sub. Once again the staff seemed just… not like it used to be. I decided to check my purchase when I got to the car. The Italian sub literally had maybe a three inch small square of meat in the CENTER and there was NONE on either end of the sub…. it was just pure bun. So I took it back in and told them that I try hard not to complain, but there was literally nothing there but bread. I am simply NOT going to pay $8 for a bun. The lady took it back and told me she would remake it. I am pretty sure she didn’t make a new sandwich, she simply added the meat that should have been there in the first place. This WILL be the last time I patronize this establishment.
