Overall pretty good. Fantastic sandwiches, staff are friendly and provide good service the overwhelming majority of the time. The only reason I am not giving them a perfect score was on the basis of one negative experience I had placing an online order (An allergen-free item was apparently unavailable and I wasn’t informed of this until I already arrived to pick up my order). On the other hand, I have been given free cookies, upgraded drinks on other occasions when certain items were unavailable so on balance I am fairly happy w/ the service.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered and specifically asked for just a “bacon, lettuce and cheese” sandwich and have had random items on it. The 1st time they put mayo. The 2nd time they put onion and the 3rd time they put onion and mustard. The service isn’t bad. But I don’t know how or why all 3 times I’ve ordered there’s been random item on my sandwich

I wish I had not waited so long to try this place. The subs were outstanding and as a vegetarian I was very pleased with their veggie option. It was delicious! My husband had the steak and cheese and said it was great. Happy to have this option in Cheyenne We will definitely be going back!

I really Iike Firehouse subs they are the best sandwich place in Cheyenne Wyoming and the sandwiches are delicious and they never once made a mistake on my sandwich I highly recommend them to anyone. I highly recommend the Italian sandwich it’s the balm.
