I’ve been to Firehouse Subs and it’s delicious! Get there as soon as they open , FRESHNESS! Also, at noon, it’s Fresh as well ! Just be prepared, it’s a little pricey but worth every bite!

Pretty nice environment, the place seems new and the staff seems as if they’re trying to get settled in. I may try it again to see if it’s like the other ones I’ve been to. The drive thru was a plus, the food was a little incorrect but I’m not sure why we made it pretty simple but overall it was ok not like the previous restaurants we’ve been to

Placed order for pick up. Order took over 15 minutes after the pick up time to be ready. Was told while waiting they were making it then which was already past the pick up time. What point is there to setting a pick up time when they can’t even bother to have the food ready at that time? Once bringing it up to the person in the window all they did was shrug and say sorry which is very poor customer service to give someone who has been waiting past their pick up time for food that should already be ready. Will ensure to let anyone know to not bother using the location If they can’t even follow simple pick up times or offer even the tiniest bit of customer service for making the paying customer wait 15 Mins after the pick up time to get food.
