Order with my app and bank was charged money come out of my account. But it didn’t go through on their end. However it said I paid in my app and the money come out of my account. They made me repay for food so paid $50 bucks after all done. Called the Customer Service line still have not heard from the owner to get a refund this is totally unacceptable and not good business. The staff except one girl was rude that day.

I eat at firehouse subs all the time, and I just try Twin Cities fire house for the first time please don’t make the mistake of comparing because this one was nothing like the past ones that I’ve had. The food was not good at all and it took forever. Would not recommend this to anybody.
