Ordered online arrived right on time , unfortunately the food wasn’t ready yet had to wait an extra 15 minutes after I got there and the were not even busy . 1 guy ahead of me and an empty store. Get the food home an everything is mushy/ inedible . I’d call an complain but I’ll never step foot in there again. So many other good places on Polaris sad I picked this one…..

Firehouse Subs has a uniquely fantastic flavor and a compelling mission. It’s great food and your patronage supports first responders in Ohio, and other states. I first tried Firehouse Subs back in 2012 and have been coming back again and again. We found the Polaris Parkway location in July of 2018 and have been back for 60 visits so far. You’ll enjoy fast, friendly service from a great team. Wonderful food and a very casual atmosphere. Be sure to try their chili, and they have a hot sauce selection that is very impressive. Be sure to pick up a lemon cookie! Enjoy.

I went into the restaurant at 8:34 pm. I requested a Hero thst was lightly steamed and I wanted banana peppers, black olives, onions, lettuce, and sauces on the side. By the time I got home the restaurant was closed. Of course the sandwich had no onions, banana peppers, and black olives. The dark skinned black girl with beads I her hair did my sandwich. If she stopped talking and actually concentrated on making sandwiches they would be right. It is frustrating as a customer.

Stopped in around 3:45p today to cash in a T-Mobile sandwich offer. Have always respected Firehouse’s first responder fundraising efforts. Girl up front who removed every crunchy bagged item from the display to reorganize didn’t bother to say hello, nor did her partner at the counter. At least chip girl could offered to find me a bag if I was interested. Stood at the ORDER area until the other one made her way to the counter. Digital coupon was for a Hook and Ladder, or something like that. Ordered a self-serve soda. Would have liked some chips, but chip girl was in no hurry to stock them, and probably would have grunted in dissatisfaction.
