These were some of the most well-made sandwiches we’ve had at Firehouse. We actually quit getting our sandwiches here about 6 months ago cause we just felt they were slopped together. Im glad we gave them another chance recently because that crew is making very good sandwiches. We’ll be back.

HUGE disappointment. I ordered my turkey sub with 2 types of cheese (for an extra charge) and didn’t receive any cheese on my sub. I informed the staff, and their response was, “it’s melted on top of the meat.” I said, “no thats mayo.” She replied, “that’s how it looks when it melts.” There is a ton of mayo on the sub, no cheese. They forgot the cheese. This was a simple fix. Just add the cheese instead of saying something so silly; it was insulting!!!

Went here on like 8 on a Monday. For something called firehouse subs where fireman value every second this place was slow as molasses. Took about 20 minutes to get my order. 1 sandwich. Not busy at all. 2 stars bc food was acceptable, but not great. There was like 4 people working of which 1 maybe 2 were actually working.

Liked the option of no bread. Got tuna in a bowl. My only complaint about the food was the amount of lettuce, too much. Service was good. When we walked in, every empty table was dirty. No one seemed to notice that fact. Cleaned off our table, informed the manager she didn’t seem very concerned.
