HORRIBLE! If i could do negative stars i would. Horrible food and the manager has a bad attitude and no customer service skills. My first sub was disgusting & the second one was made wrong. Soon as i asked for my money back the attitude started. Highly recommend going to the next sub joint down! Literally argued to only get back the money for the second messed up sub! I lost $15 with the tip, 40 minutes of my time; and now im annoyed & still hungry!

It’s a firehouse subs. Your millage may vary depending on your own tastes of sub joints. I do love their honey ham but mostly because it’s almost painfully sweet.

I’ve been here a decent amount of times because it’s not too far from my work. Despite the terrible parking lot (out of their control), every time without fail my order has been made incorrectly. As I’m sure it is for many, when I get back with my sandwich it is too late to return or have my order fixed, as I am short on time as it is. I am sure the workers are trying their best, although truthfully I am not asking for much. I should clarify I usually get premade sandwiches, nothing custom. I have never spoken to the manager of this location, although I have heard that it may be better that I don’t, regarding customer and employee treatment. That point will have no bearing on my review.
