Don’t. Just don’t. This was probably the worst sandwich and soup I’ve ever had. Soggy bland bread, cheapest cheese in existence, old vegetables, and 75% wilted lettuce. The soup was practically Campbell’s level with all the potatoes removed. It’s called loaded, but there’s nothing in or on it. Missing drink and chips from order. No one should eat here as every other option available is better.

Jayla was the only one working today when we came in. For being the only employee, the store was clean and orderly. My sub was the best I had ever had from a Firehouse. I hope Jayla learned a lot from todays experience… it may have felt overwhelming and chaotic at times, but her work ethic and leadership was noticed by our large family! Thank you Jayla!

So this location was supposed to close last month. Keep this in mind. My daughter works here and today she called to ask what she should do because they have a new Gm and she told her to get on her hands and knees to clean the equipment and microwaves also was instructed to clean the oven. My child is not an animal so that’s a definite no..I asked my child is it necessary for u to get down can u reach down and clean it she said yea for the most part..she proceeds to say but it’s no clean towels and when I asked her for clean towels she told me to go in the bag for one..she proceed to inform the GM that those are the dirty ones and was told to dig and get one and if she doesn’t she will have to fire her. Of course she refused because she doesn’t want to be responsible for anyone getting sick..by the time I reached to pick her up from work she was in tears standing by the pop machine with a customer trying to calm her down who said she was on the phone tryna reach district because she overheard the conversation and seen how the GM was rolling her eyes and making faces at her when she refused to use a dirty towel. mind you because it was supposed to close they are running out of everything and they towels haven’t been getting picked up from the company to be washed.This GM was sent in to see I guess if she could change things around which is great but you have to provide the tools for your employees. She’s out of a job because she knows wrong from right..I’ll be contacting the health department in the morning

I had the New York Steamer on wheat bread. They give alot of meat. Very good flavor. Bread was slightly sweet and soft. I enjoyed my sandwich. I was missing my pickle on the side though. I will come back!

I ordered a Cajun chicken sub. It was given to me with bread, lettuce, jalapeños, and banana peppers. That’s it. No chicken or anything else. Tony, who claimed to be a manager refused to remake the sub because they’d be losing out on money. This place, along with Tony are a major joke.

We drove almost an hr to try this. I was so very disappointed. The food did not taste good at all I ordered the Philly cheesteak sandwich and chili. The chili tasted like the meat was old and the sandwich just didn’t not taste good or like a Philly for that matter my kids Got a turkey sandwich and a grilled cheese and they did not like there food either and didn’t want to eat it. There bread was so toasted u could barely bite it. The employees were nice and fun to talk to but had to remind them three times for items they did not give us. Within 30 mins of eating I felt so sick to my stomach and nauseous I was miserable I ended up in the bathroom most of the night (sorry if tmi ) but true also felt as though they were overpriced. We were the only people there so the subs were fast and hot. They don’t have any hot sauce either. Huge bummer that firehouse doesn’t seem to have the main thing that sets it apart from other sub shops anymore.

this place must be going out of business. there is absolutely no sense of urgency by the employees. their soda machine doesn’t carry any of the normal products. all options are zero sugar and diet options. either get it together or just go out of business. i didn’t get a pickle. my sandwich had a TON of green peppers on it that i didn’t ask for. i waited over 20 minutes for one sandwich. this place is over priced and under quality. if i didn’t feel so bad for the underpaid employees i would have asked for refund but they seemed frustrated with their situation as well. something seriously needs to be done at this store.
