I imagined being the only person there I’d get my food quickly, but a majority of the time I was waiting all the 3 workers were talking about potty training one of their kids and other personal matters I wish I never overheard rather than making food. Food is still amazing but the wait was ridiculous, 20 min for 2 sandwiches.

I was greeted when I walked in, and the girl who took my order seemed nice. I did not know I had to get my own chips or brownie that I had ordered. Neither was in the bag when I left. I paid for food that wasn’t in my bag. The sub was ok. It was heated, again didn’t know they would do that. So overall I was very disappointed with what I got vs what I paid. I don’t think I will be back to a firehouse sub.

Firehouse subs always has good food and service. There is wifi and at least 2 tables with plugs, so working on homework here is a joy. The staff is always friendly. They have discounts for first responders and SHSU students.
