Thought I’d give fire house subs a try for lunch today. While their sandwich was good, their Mac and cheese was indigestible. I asked the manager if it was possible for me to exchange it for something else. While he agreed that the Mac and cheese is awful and that he never eats it either, but because I had already purchased it although I did not eat it he could not exchange it for anything else. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I’ll never step foot at another Firehouse subs again. There are plenty sandwich shops in the area I rather take my business else where.
