Ordered the Club on a Sub. The flavors of the sandwich were excellent. Would definitely go back here. May have liked the bread a little toaster, but honestly, it was so delicious I didn’t mind. Staff was very friendly as well.

It was my first time ordering food at Firehouse Subs. However, the experience was quite a letdown. The associate at the counter did not give us too warm of a welcome. Our sandwich orders were missing pickles, there were no veggies on our subs, the wheat bread was rather too dry, and it seemed as though the subs were somewhat too small. Even with small subs, there was not really enough flavor packed into them to justify the price tag.

Usually love firehouse subs, on our road trip, after checking into hotel we ran across the street to eat here it was 8:15 and they closed at 9. They were already cleaning up so if course we got that “Can’t you see we’re closing” look & attitude. Ordered and they were out of alot of what we wanted and wouldn’t accommodate so just got a basic sub. Also wanted just a small order of meat (for our dogs) and was charged for a full sub! Disappointed to say the least

I have to start by saying this is not a normal experience. However, seriously doubting consistency and accuracy at this point. Ordered two subs today, asked for pickle spears (didn’t get them), asked for jalapeño (got exactly 5 slices on an entire large sub) and lettuce (it’s on there…very little…but c’mon its lettuce) and each sub was shorted over an inch of meat on each end. Obviously didn’t see this until I got home and I’m not wasting my time driving back. Guess I’ll have to “settle”, but this is not acceptable especially at $10 a pop.
