When I went it felt like I was just completely unwelcomed. The manager I think Shawna was just really rude to me and made me feel like I was wrong for coming in and ordering. She showed visible irritation with having to ring me out and make my food. And my food was made very sloppy which I felt was because of her attitude. I am always really really polite to service workers so her rudeness and just plain being mean was really uncalled for. I won’t be going back as long as she is there

Teach your employees that store closing hours are not equal to going home hours – they seem to think it’s appropriate to lock up at least 30 min before closing and then scurry to the back when a customer approaches. Not to mention every time I’ve been in the employees are SO rude, act like you’re inconveniencing them by placing an order. Out of the 5-6 times we’ve been there, not a single time was our order 100% correct (and we’re only ordering 2 subs + sides, not like it’s a huge office order or anything). It’s a shame because the food actually tastes good, but the employees ruin the experience.

Normally i refuse to tell people to go someplace else. This is the exception. I was going to write a long review how they can’t get an order right and they consistently close early, but i won’t waste one more minute on this place. Go to Penn Station, it’s way better.

Supposedly open till 9. 8:29 pm kids were rude and said they couldn’t make food. Others walked in and out as well. Lock the door if you aren’t servicing customers. I’m sure the owner didn’t want them shutting down early. Probably shouldn’t leave kids alone in there.

I have had the food many times it is excellent this location is terrible.workers were very rude and they’re telling customers that they’re closed and they still have more than an hour to go and they weren’t busy their workers just don’t want to do the work but yet still want a pay check.
