I placed a mobile order at 12:12 to be picked up at 3:25. I arrived at 3:26. When I entered the store, the only other person in sight was the worker that entered when I did. My sandwich was at the pickup shelf. I went to him to get my drink cup and realized that my hot sub was stone cold. I asked him how long ago it was made. He didn’t know bc he got to work at 3. I asked him to make a new one since we don’t know how long it was sitting there. He did with no hesitation. But be careful of ordering ahead….

Came here for the first time on 4/4/23 @7:28pm. I ordered the large hook n ladder sandwich paid 12.33 for just bread, lettuce, tomato, and Mayo. Hardly any meat on this sandwich and the sandwich looked like the broke the bread off instead of cutting it very simply down the middle.Very disappointed for an over the road driver looking for decent food. The staff was friendly! Do better Firehouse!

I’ve been here multiple times. All good but the last 3 times have been HORRIBLE. Three times in a row is enough for me. 1st time the manger was rude towards me, when I told them they left out my chillie. Before I left the store I went to a table and looked inside the bag before I left. There was no reason for them to catch an attouide with me, since I never left! 2nd time I paied for my order and I sat for 30min before I asked them where’s my order at? The person that ranged me out never placed the order to be made! I asked for my money back, and a different manger was rude and acted like she did not want to give me my money back. The 3rd time they wrong me up and 6 people ahead of me received there’s before me. I asked them where’s my order at? They said there is no order for you. I had my receipt with the day and time, how could not have placed my order? I give up at this location. They went downhill and poor management. No, “I’m sorry.” or anything just back talk.

I ordered on the app & actually pick the wrong location by mistake !! I have NEVER experienced quality like this thus far at Firehouse, my sub was literally SMASHED‼️ Little to no lettuce & cooked as if it was forgotten in the oven bread hard & dried out just horrible !! Even the packaging was soaked, but the sandwich was literally DRY!!!! Go to Forsyth rd for better quality & customer service.
