I have been a long time customer of Firehouse. Once upon a time it was great. My last few experiences have been from bad to awful. Chips all over the floor and food not as ordered. My last visit was the icing on the cake. Nothing bothers me more than rude management. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but firehouse needs a major overhaul to get back to good.

Went in to order a couple subs to go (I do this regularly). Return home with sandwiches to find them cold. I’m not talking about they aren’t piping hot..I’m talking about COLD; out of the refrigerator cold. I return to the restaurant and ask for the sandwiches to be made again because of this.

This is the best example of a Quality firehouse possible. The best one I have ever came across. There smoked meat is the best thing about there subs. The customer service is incredible, the manager and staff is so friendly and welcoming always no matter what time I come in. Never have received a bad sub from here. Would recommend this location to everyone looking to have a wonderful experience and is very Family friendly. The instructions are followed perfectly every time. Never have received a messed up order in any fashion before. The sweet tea is marvelous every time and I see me refilling my cup multiple times throughout my meal. Very clean and sanitized environment.
