Should ve turned around when i asked the first question. Red flag #1 it took 3 employees to find a menu, Red flag #2 it almost took an hour for them to make 3 medium subs. There were only 2 other couples in there besides us that were already eating. Everything was super not so fresh. And when I mixed up my 75% onions with my chili, I took a bite only to spit it back out because it was so cold. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. I did not request a refund because it seemed to be run by a bunch of untrained children. Paid 35 dollars for 3 nasty med subs and I nastier cup of onions, oops, I meant chili.

The red sauce for the pepperoni pizza meatball sub was all down at one end. My husband said he did not like the sandwich. When he was almost finished he said he came upon the sauce and he liked it. I had tuna and it was moist and tasty.

Firstly – it’s my understanding they have recently reopened with new staff. I highly recommend giving them a try! We just had a WONDERFUL experience at Firehouse Subs in Moore! The associate that took our order, Emily, was so kind and had the warmest attitude. She checked on us multiple times and her kindness carried over into every customer I saw her interact with. The owner, I believe Colby was his name? Was just as friendly and attentive. Upon watching the interactions between all the employees everyone seemed happy to be there and eager to work. We also just found out kids eat free on Sunday! We will certainly be back!

I had no problem with the customer service or my order taking to long. Those things were good. What I hated is the honey ham. I got 2 Italians and my grandson got a Ham and cheese. He hated as did my father and myself. That ham was so strong you can’t taste anything else. We were eating honey ham Italians pretty much. Spent 46 dollars on 3 sandwichs none of us even ate half of. We get subs every Friday decided to try them. Can’t do that super sweet ham…
