I have to add this place to the list of restaurants that have gone downhill over the past few years. The food used to be very fresh, tasty, and the staff were always quite friendly. But unfortunately they are now the opposite. Everything is still quite pricey and the food quality freshness and service are not at the level they should be. And at the end of the day money is money and if something is simply not worth it I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Firehouse is the most consistent of all the sub joints. It takes a bit longer to get and costs a bit more but it is worth it. I generally get the Meatball or the Club on a Sub. Both are always good. Order ahead on the app and have it ready on arrival.

impatient, poor communication, poor attitude from the guy pictured, raised his voice and got aggressive because I asked him for clarification on what he was saying. due to a language barrier I couldn’t understand him at all .. also I’ve visited other locations that welcome you when you walk in the door “Welcome to Firehouse” .. this location said nothing , very unwelcoming environment definitely will not revisit

I normally love fire house subs, but honestly this was my worst visit ever. The chili was not only cold but not tasty as were the sandwiches. If I could give you an invoice for the 38 dollars I spent on my meal, I would. Good thing I won’t be back in town anytime soon .
