Went Friday night to get a meatball sub and was greeted with nothing but a horrible attitude from a manager. The cashiers were VERY nice but the manager was also really rude to the workers. The place was not clean, there were topping all over the line, and after the manager served me he just went to sit and do nothing. I will go to the other side of town before stopping in at this location

The food was good but the service sucked I spoke soon as i walked in and nobody said anything back I went to order and the manger had the most ugly attitude as if I’m bothering him they close at 10 I was in there at 9:20 and was the only customer and it too additional 20 mins for two sandwiches with three people working in the back I’ll never come back to this location

Packed house for lunch and Everyone who entered the establishment was greeted with the whole staff saying “WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE”. Excellent sandwich but the parking situation was far from being easily accessible unless you drive a micro car there the parking spaces are about 10″ too narrow and luckily my mirror was taller than the car parked next to me

Firehouse subs has a mural on their wall. Its very nice but I noticed that there are no black firefighters. Are there not black firefighters that help to rescue all people regardless of their color, so why would you not include them on the mural as well?
