This place was hopping. It appeared as though they stayed pretty busy. We stopped in for a quick lunch as we were looking around and shopping in Cherokee. This is one of the nicest looking Firehouse Subs I’ve seen, and they are quick getting their orders out. The service was friendly and the sandwich was good.

The atmosphere and food are great, but the workers at this location made for a really bad experience. 3 people standing behind the counter laughing and talking, and one in the back room on his phone, all ignoring the 4 customers standing right in front of them. Then the cashier had an attitude. Not worth going to again.

Got in to town late and this was the only place open near the hotel we stayed at. Staff was preparing to close but still took our order without hesitation. They were very nice and friendly and the sandwiches were awesome. Thank you again to the staff for your amazing service!

For a sub place this ain’t it. Customer service was spot on but apart from that firehouse subs do not compare to other sub spots. Dare i say i might even take subway over them. I did like how they offer hot subs and some sub places only offer a cold option.

No matter where you go, I’ve realized that firehouse subs have a strong standard because the delicious flavor doesn’t change from one location to another. The fact that the money you spend there does some real good is a bonus.

Good place to grab a quick bite of lunch or dinner. A lot better than subway. Only problem is the lack of seasoning. They don’t have any real sugar either. But extremely clean and very friendly staff. Highly recommend
