Good concept, I appreciate what they do for the firefighter community, but the execution leaves a little to be desired. If you’re getting a sandwich and you are hungry, you may want yo opt for the extra meat option, my New York Steamer was a little light on the meat and could have used some vegetables, this may have made up for thebsmall portions of protein on the sandwich

the foods great but why has the quality gone down? It feels like everytime I go its either not drained correctly or I’m missing napkins or an extra pickle. I got home to my sandwich in a puddle and the bottom bun is falling apart or sometimes my sandwich is barely put together and half falling apart. Most days its fine.

Yesterday was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at any Firehouse Subs location. I ordered online, which I don’t usually do, but the food was just awful. Way too much mayo- the other ingredients were just falling off the sandwich because of all the sauce. I’m hoping it’s a one off bad day for everyone working.
