I want to like Firehouse subs but this is the second time I’ve been and I don’t like the ordering process it seems not fluid and all the stuff on the menu is very meat oriented. I’m sure you can order sandwiches that are more vegetarian style. I’m not strictly vegetarian but when I have a choice I choose plant-based. they don’t seem to be offering that. Overall the sandwiches are fine and if meat oriented subway style sandwiches are your thing then you’ll likely think the place is okay and I’m sure ordering a few times makes for an easier ordering process.

It’s pretty straight forward. The service was good not to mention i noticed a high level of hygiene from what i could observe from the front area ( all employees had hairnets and gloves.) the food was definitely above average.

Ordered at 1pm at Firehouse Subs on Labor Day. The owner took our order and repeated the order back to us. Two chicken sandwiches on white. We got our lunch home and started eating it. It was not up to usual standard. We eat there often and always recommend it. The bread was wheat, not white. There was very little chicken and very little lettuce. The taste was off. My husband phone Firehouse subs. The owner blamed it on the staff. He was the one that made our order! He did not offer anything. He wasn’t pleasant. That was it. I’m really surprised. If you go there and the owner, around 60 is making the subs. Beware!

Two Tires
We ordered large sandwiches and that was enough for several meals, lots of turkey stacked up and just the right amount of other flavors. The bread is fresh, but sturdy enough to hold all the goodies. For the price we were happy and well-fed for a couple of days! Staff is helpful and service was fast. With other choices in the area, we will put Firehouse Subs at the top of our list.
