Where have I been all these years knowing that Firehouse Subs was there this whole time? It’s so much better than Publix sandwiches and Subway. My family and I always get the Firehouse Hero and the New York Steamer. The manager Sara, is so nice and has great customer service. Please come here, their sandwiches are delicious!!!

Thankfully I made it here 40 minutes before closing. As I sat and ate in my car, I saw two separate sets of customers walk up to the door, only to find it locked. The sign says 9 pm, so why are they closing 20 minutes early? I have worked at Firehouse myself and never thought to close early. The food was okay, a little heavy on the mayonnaise.

Waited 15 minutes at lunch only for them to lose my order, horrible customer service- highly recommend never eating there. Manager then asked if I wanted my order- wth- $12 for no food. Can’t go out of business fast enough.

This place needs to be shut down immediately for safety and health hazards. There hasn’t been a health inspection and there isn’t a sign recognizing the fact if it’s ever had one. There is mold all over the rest rooms, the food most of the time has been dropped. They tried to give me someone else’s food because the person didn’t want their food and then proceeded to toss it at me even after it had bites taken out of it. I’m disgusted and won’t be back.

I was here 3 weeks ago and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! The girl who I guess was in charge “she was screaming and cussing that she was in charge” was so rude to the other employees and had no concern what so ever for the guest while the person making my food had on a string tank top and no bra but the food was still on point so I went back just now and I’m glad I did!!! The young man and lady tonight were so polite and quick taking care of mine and my husband’s order. The store was so clean and we will be back just because of them!!! If the service was like last time we had decided we would never be back no matter how good the food. I’m glad management took care of problem and it’s customer’s!!!
