We made a drive at 8:30 to find out that the employees working today, decided to close at 8:30 instead of 9pm even tough their door says 9pm. There were still a guy and a girl inside making signs from the inside that they were closed…. 30 min before their regular hours?

Very lazy and unprofessional, cook was on his personal cell phone while serving food. Cashier was very rude, will never stop here again! I did not get their names but they were two African american employees-plain rude.

Great place for your subs …. I personally like that they have three different sizes on their subs … 6″ , 8 ” and a 12 ” subs …. The 8″ sub really hits the spot … The staff are very nice … Two thumbs up

My first time here The gal taking the order was awful. It got to the point I was afraid to ask a question. Never smiled or said thank you. But when the locals came in, her whole attitude changed. My Italian sandwich was good. The small is around 4 inches. My pickle covered almost 1/2 of it. A medium is about 8 inches. But they are small. My soup was cold and water-like. Not much flavor. Was not about to ask them to reheat it.

The two female employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Were not very customer friendly. Ice dispenser was not working. After 5 very loud attempts, I was finally able to get one of the employees’ attention. She very sarcastically asked if I needed ice. Thanks yo their attitudes, it makes you not want to go back.

The staff here acts like customers are bothering them by ordering from them, the location is dirty with food on the floor and sticky tables, and they take forever to make the sandwiches. Please avoid this particular firehouse subs location.
