This was our first time to eat here. It was excellent! The ingredients in our sandwiches were fresh and yummy. We ordered the Firehouse Hero and the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Both were delicious. The young man that took our order was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms are nice. My husband and kiddo’s especially loved the soda machine. It had every flavor! I can’t believe we have never visited this place until now. We will definitely be back! 5 Stars!!

I rarely give a place one star, but unfortunately this place deserves it. Bad service, bad communication, and exceedingly slow. Two sandwiches should not take over 45 minutes to make, when during the same span of time more than 30 cars go through the drive through and many online orders were picked up. People who ordered after me and ordered far more than me got their order first even though we were in the same line. “Sorry about that” was the only customer service received. Then the order was wrong. Perfect.

This place is amazing. The sandwiches here are amazing and great tasting. This is my favorite sub restaurant now that I’ve tasted a few sandwiches. The prices are reasonable; customer service is the best; and the place is clean. Not to mention, part of your money goes to first responders for life-saving equipment and resources. Disinfectants are located in two different areas of the restaurant, and restrooms are made for the handicapped. Great job, guys.

I received a gift card for Christmas and decided I’d have to use it. The food here is ok. The wait wasn’t horrible. The parking lot seems limited. They seem busiest in the drive through. I might come here again.

We have eaten at the firehouse subs on Sherwood way in San Angelo many times and it’s always been great food and quick friendly service…….but today we went thru the drive thru and ordered a sandwich and 3 Mac and cheese bowls. We received the bag and looked in to check the order and saw only 2 Mac and cheese and a sandwich, when I informed the lady at the window that we were missing 1 Mac and cheese she apologized and said she would get it right out……. A couple of minutes goes by then a guy opens the window and questions if we are sure there are only 2 in the bag, I hand him the bag with the Mac in it and he counts it and says yeah there’s only 2 in there then asks if I’m sure it’s not in the other bag so I handed him both bags bag and told him I’m not sure I can count past 2, you better double check all my bags, he then removes everything from the bags,. Counts everything then replaces it and hands the bags back repeating himself.. no there’s only 2 in there…. He closes the window and another man opens the window and questions me again about the 3rd Mac and cheese, he says hmmm that’s weird for a Mac and cheese to just disappear cause we made 3….. Maybe you should question your employees better instead of treating the customer like some kind of thieving crackhead that’s trying to steal a $5.00 bowl of Mac and cheese. Will not be going back to this firehouse
