Cashier was not helpful and more interested in getting back to her phone. Very pushy to finish an order when no other customers were behind us. Same cashier told another patron to wait for her to fix a soda machine problem instead of responding immediately since no other customers were in line.

Staff doesn’t listen, and they’re not all that friendly. The Firehouse Subs I ran in Orlando blew them out of the water. Such a shame how awful customer service has become these days. Drink station was filthy. Get water at your own risk!!

the food was good. service was good. but i have to complain about the restaurant inside. it was (very dirty). the floor/tables/and the restrooms were really bad . with 5 people behind the counter i would think someone would come around and clean this fort Oglethorpe location up .very disappointing…

This is the second time in a row I’ve been here and there’s been no sweet tea. On top of that there was no bacon on my partners order which was a club and there was so much Mayo on my sandwich I couldn’t taste anything else. Usually love firehouse but this location is lacking management.
