They order things and pay with gift certificates, but they didn’t know how to use them. The first time she was friendly, she was embarrassed and angry with me. It’s not my fault… I like the sandwich here, but maybe it’s because of my clumsiness in opening it. I was disappointed because the sandwich was so wet.

Bryce and Jordan made the wife and i the best firehouse sub we’ve ever had it was a large Cajun chicken sandwich with extra bell peppers mayo and oil if you are in the area stop in they will make delicious there service was one point and we couldn’t of had a better lunch I recommend this location any day of the week

Firehouse Subs continues to be my favorite chain sandwich shop. I’m typically not a fan of chains in any way shape or form so saying I have a favorite is like saying I have a favorite tax I have to pay but credit where it’s due, this place is nearly always good and reliable. The service is friendly and helpful and the food fresh and well prepared. I also particularly like their pickles. The fastest way for a Firehouse Subs location to get on my bad side is to not give me extra pickles when I request them. I also have a warm spot in my heart for any business that has the soda machine with all the many options. I drink the diet kind and diet cola is my least favorite diet drink. Being able to get a Fanta Zero in orange or grape flavor or a Barq’s Vanilla Root Beer Zero is much appreciated.

I usually order from this place with no issue but this time I paid $7 something for extra meat and didn’t get it. My last order was so stuffed with extras and I was impressed not getting ripped off so I ordered again today and got jacked! Not good business practices especially when folks review purchases online.

Probably the BEST Firehouse Subs location in Vegas! The Owner is so personable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your order!! Employees are all nice & accommodating as well. They make sandwiches fresh to order and I’ve never had an issue here. Great job guys!! Love your establishment & tasty food.

Just stopped by for a few sandwiches today and I’m super impressed by the customer service. There was a little bit of a longer wait than usual (I expected that at lunch time during a pandemic), but the food was wonderfully made to my specifications and tasted great as always. The owners (or managers) behind the counter were very friendly, super apologetic for the wait time and appreciative of my business. I will choose this place over any other sandwich shop in my neighborhood time and again just for that personal touch alone.
