I ordered a salad w/no bell peppers and soup. I waited 18 minutes for the salad. The lady calls me to the counter & tells me there are a few bell peppers in the salad & that I can just “pick them out”. After 30 minutes of waiting for my soup, I had to ask for it.

Epically slow making one sandwich with no line. At $15 a person establishment may like to consider building several steam pack food prepped bags(the part they cook) so its faster dropping food …. Still fresh cooked just meals that are popular are setup so cooking is faster than 28 minutes.

To start, I enjoy ordering from Firehouse Subs restaurant. This being mentioned, I ordered a medium meal tonight. The customer service here is spot-on! The cashier tonight provided 3 pickles rather than 1 w/ my sub. Pickles are a personal favorite snack! This Firehouse Subs Signal Butte restaurant had been clean w/ efficient yet friendly staff. In short, I highly recommend Firehouse Subs!

I ordered online, Order aid it would be done by 5:45. I have been here since 5:50. There are 7 breads sitting on toaster while workers are are taking their sweet time. Many other customers were unhappy also. Not to add the fact the kid was itching his nose the whole time.

We came in after ordering online, our ticket was printed at 6:03 when our order was received, we arrived at 635 like the app said then still did not get out for until 655. Meanwhile they made orders for everyone including the people who walked in after us and a door dash that came through while the door dasher was picking up another order. Looking back honestly we should have just asked for a refund and left the food because the whole experience was disappointing. We won’t go to that location again. I will say in my opinion the manager is to blame as the staff are young kids and it is understandable that they need help, he sat in the back the whole time. When I talked to him about the experience he said that they were busy, which from the time we arrived to the time we got our food they were not that busy. Even so I asked why he wouldn’t come out and help and his response was he has other things to do. Meanwhile he was talking with some girl employee while the staff was working. As a supervisor myself you should help your staff when they are busy and then you do what you need at another time. That is why you are a manager.

so I just walked in to firehouse and they were trying to figure out how to add garlic bread to an order. The girl who was making the sandwiches was assisting at the register. Thats normally ok but The unfortunate part, was, she did it with her gloves on 🙁 After she touched the register keys numerous times, she did not change gloves, and walked right over and started making the sandwich for the next order. I watched her handle the meat, take it apart, place it on the wax paper or whatever. I got grossed out so I left.

Forgot to request no mustard on a sandwhich, rushed to the counter in the hopes they hadnt added it yet. Got a sigh and glance down at a recently constructed sandwhich, but the employee just kinda shrugged it off and decided to remake it for my benefit. Fantastic service, fantastic staff.

The amount of time it takes for a sandwich is extremely disappointing. There is no sense of urgency. It appears that the staff is more focused on the weight of the meats put on a sandwich than actually completing it in a timely manner. This evening will be my last visit to this location. $20.00 for a combination is ridiculous as well.

I do deliveries for DoorDash. I have got to order pickups at this location. I have waited over 20 minutes while your people at the front counter move as slow as they can and they’re not more than 3 customers in the store. It took over 5 minutes to make one sandwich. I canceled out on both occasions because your slowness cost me money in other deliveries I can be making money on. Many of our orders have no tips and base pay is $2.75. Please if you can not handle the stress of delivery orders block the app during those times. Thanks

Okay Firehouse subs in general is delicious! I love the hook and ladder BUT THIS LOCATION is rude, slow and so SLOPPY! When I opened my food it was broken bread meat off the side not even on my bread, brown lettace and like no other ingredients! Very disappointing since this is the one I live by. And I truly loved firehouse subs
