I had an overall good experience at this location. The staff was friendly and the steak and cheese sub was good. The service and Speed of the food preparation was higher than I received the other locations. The store was clean, I will definitely be back at this location to order again.

The customer service in this establishment is nonexistent. The place was filthy. There were no napkins, no straws, bathrooms were disgusting. As far as the food, I can’t even say anything about it since we never received it. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked about our order; I was assured they were finishing it up. We waited another 15 minutes (one entire hour since ordering) to ask for a refund.

We placed a pick up order at 5:55 for two sandwiches that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:10. At 6:30 we asked about our order and the worker said there were three orders ahead of ours and asked our name. There were four employees working on sandwiches. At 6:45 we asked again and they said they didn’t have the ticket. We were then told to get in line to get a refund.

Bad customer service, no greeting, stood in front of the register for over 10 mins before someone took my order almost walked out too much standing around chit chatting talking amongst the manager and staff while customers await to place their order. No urgency at all.

Terrible service from staff. My boyfriend ordered through doordash at 7pm. Someone asked for his name when he arrived and told him it was ready but then proceeded to take care of other customers and have their food delivered to them all while he continued to wait. They never once acknowledged him again. It was 7:55 pm when he finally got his food. That is unacceptable.

LOVE Firehouse!! No other sandwich shop compares. I normally get the smokehouse brisket and cheddar or the hook and ladder. But in honor of national meatball day, I tried the meatball sub. It was really good. Could probably use some more marinara sauce or some oil, but it’s still a very good sandwich.

Amazing service. Both the girl who took my order and the girl who made my sandwich were friendly and inviting. My sub was delicious. The manger even watched my food and belongs when I used the restroom before heading out the door. The restaurant was clean, fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very discussed with this location and the management. I called to talk to a manager to tell them I had a STRIP OF EYE LASHES in my sandwich. She just wanted to remake my food. I said no. She said she would put a gift card for our sandwiches at the front desk and kinda joked about checking the workers for missing eyelashes. Thrn said likely it came from the employees the night before. She told me her boss would call me the next day about it as I wanted to tslk yo her about it. Well 2 days has gone by and I haven’t heard a word.

Haven’t been here in awhile, kids asked to go. Walked in no towels in bathroom. Had to hunt for clean table, just a mess (3 other customers were eating). 4 employees inside 1 out back smoking. Order food and chili tasted burnt, steak and cheese sandwich was good. Kids enjoyed sandwiches. No crackers for chili. Chip rack was in sad shape. On the plus side employees were very polite.
