This store is awful! The young kid that works behind the counter with dark hair and he is tan is always messing around. I come in for orders often and it takes 15 minutes plus just to make a sandwich. I came in the other night and the order is online and was ordered 20 minutes prior and they are throwing stuff around just playing around not preparing the order. Get it together this is fast food not slow food. This staff and store is the worst around for service by far. Beware if you order here you will be waiting half a year for a silly sandwich.

The first few times we went, the experience was Positive.however when we went this last saturday,it was a complete train wreck. They were more concerned with telling the customers that would take a 1/2 hour longer to get their order and discourage them from ordering. The girl who took the order was extremely rude and the person that appeared to be in charge could care less. The Sandwich was thrown together and not made the way that was requested. The tables were dity, pop machine was in need of refills and apparently if they’ve been busy, they will not offer any sort of customer service that day accordingto the employees. We filled out survey and was ignored by corporate.. We will not be throwing money away on afuture overpriced, thrown together sandwich and rude service.

Worst firehouse Experience of my life. First off they had no lettuce or onions, then the kid taking my order absolutely ruined the visit. He never asked me about any options for my sandwiches, and then still got them both incorrect then proceeded to make my sandwiches reversed, they put nothing on my ham Sandwich and then put mustard and tomatoes on my Brisket? They forgot the extra pickles I asked for, . I will never be returning to this location due to the fact the guy working cashier completely threw away any Customer service skills he ever learned .

They never asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. Only if I wanted a pickle on the side so the sandwich was not what it could have been. It was my first time there and didn’t know I had choices until I looked over the entire menu. Very expensive sandwich for no service. not impressed.

Will not being going back. My last visit was the last straw. I ordered a salad, which according to their door they were out of lettuce, but they still served a salad in my order. It was made of translucent Brown pieces of lettuce and several almost black slimey pieces, and that was just under the other veggies on the top. I also ordered their baked potato soup. Previously it has been creamy and delicious. This time it was curdled, like it had been sitting in the pot to long or yesterdays soup. It also had a rancid smell. They were out of all but coke zero, which was flat. My husband’s sandwich was turkey, bacon and ranch dressing on soggy bread, no toast to the bread at all and no lettuce (due to the lettuce lacking) I called multiple times with no answer and voicemail full. So I drove the 25 minutes back, where I was given a refund, but was told my order had been put out a while ago. So basically the lettuce and soup went bad in the hour and a little bit since we picked it up. This is not the first time my food has been subpar. Normally I can pick a few yucky pieces out of my salad and toast the bun of my husband’s sandwich a little more. This time it was over the top bad, where I thought I would be beyond sick if any of my food was consumed. I am beyond disappointed with this place and it supports a great cause, but there is no reason to be without lettuce or be serving the lettuce it was.

Always a good experience here. Sandwiches are way better than other sub shops. TONS of drink options from one of those fancy machines with the touch screen menu. Always nice staff.

Food is usually good. The service time at this location however is exceptionally long no matter the circumstances. Multiple instances of waiting 25+ minutes for 2 sandwiches is not acceptable. Seems to be a recurring issue at this location

Ordered through Door Dash and was disappointed. My hook and ladder salad was fine but my brownie came looking like a burnt chocolate chip cookie and my soup was MIA. This was a second chance for Firehouse with me and now I am done. If you want all of your food or even what you actually ordered, go elsewhere. Only giving 2 stars cause the salad was fine.

Well i like to give a honest review so here goes. We visited the store about 11am and they already had a 3 or 4 customers. I have heard good things about this place. When we walked through the door we were immediately hit with a odor of what smelled like urine. We made our order with a friendly young lady that was helpful. We only ordered 2 small sandwiches that took almost 10 minutes. I have to say that our food was very good. I would give them a try again but I believe it would have to be a togo order.
