The general manager Shawn Jones, was extremely disrespectful. I ordered online once I got there my order was made incorrectly due to a system error. He screamed and argued with me about it being my fault. Extremely unprofessional. He should be retrained. I told him I was going to call corporate and he told me he did not care. Corporate still hasn’t returned my call. I will report this to the BBB. You don’t treat paying customers as such. How can you run a business with horrible customer service? It’s free to be nice to people. I will not be returning and I won’t recommend anyone to firehouse. We will stick with subway.

Literally walked in JUST TO PURCHASE COOKIES! The young lady at the door was sweet, she told us to come in. My mother and I saw 4 people still sitting and eating. They had just ordered their food because when I looked and smiled at them, they were unwrapping their subs. Another lady behind the counter yelled “ WE’RE CLOSED!!” 3 times with an attitude at 8:50. I didn’t want a sub or them to have to make anything. Just cookies. But as rude as she was. I’ll never be back. And if I do come back, it’ll only be to to inform her how rude and disrespectful she was. Because that was extremely unnecessary. I’m so happy I’ve learned to be calm and patient…..

I just came from this Firehouse Sub and this is the first time since coming to this one, that I’ve feel more than offended. Customer service in this digital world speaks volumes. I walked in and there was a couple sitting in eating. The young lady came to the door and said we are closing. I told her I just wanted cookies (love their oatmeal raisin cookies). She said ok, then out of back, this person starts yelling, we’re closed. I said I just wanted to get some cookies. She, still in the back, we’re closed. Remind you, there’s an entire couple sitting there still eating. I could have been as rude and belligerent as she but, I hold myself to a higher standard. However, this type of treatment will make me go to the next restaurant.
