Josh, the store manager, provided excellent customer service to my mother and I. He checked in on how our meal was as we ate. We let him know our orders were wrong, so he made an additional sub for us at no extra cost! I really appreciated the extra time he took to check in on our meal. This place deserves 5 stars easy!

I always go to this one instead of Fuquay-Varina, because it always been great. But today not. Got the lg steak and cheese sub. Sandwich was not hot when I got home, was almost cold. Now I have gotten sandwiches there be for and new was this temp when I got home.

I have been to this place twice now and I enjoy the food and the people are really nice. I give it four stars because the app is a little messy little harder to understand what’s included and what’s not in your deal for a first timer and they need to do better at looking at orders and then just making them. I had to have my order remade today but other than that they were fantastic I highly recommend them.

Nice staff… But really cheap on the meat! BLT’s were more like LT’s. We ordered 2 Larges. One had only 2 strips of bacon on 1/2 the sandwich. The the other we had to take the bacon off one half and put it on the other. These are about $10 sandwiches! I have had great success at Firehouse at crossroadsssroads.
