1st time going here. I ordered a “medium”, smokehouse brisket & cheddar. Let’s just say, that I should have gone to Arby’s, and got more for my money! The guy behind the counter claimed that I would never want to go to Subway again after eating this fantastic sandwich! Boy, was he absolutely wrong! A few thin slices of “brisket”, some cheese sauce, and some BBQ sauce – for over $8 ??! Come on Firehouse……. you can definitely do better than that! Until you can… I’ll be headed to Subway!!

Arrived at the location at 8:50. The location closes at nine. The gentleman inside would not help us and said he could not service because he was getting ready to close highly recommend changing the staff at this location. They are extremely rude and the store is extremely dirty. Do not post your hours that you were open until 9 PM and then decide to close early or whenever you want.

Quite enjoyed this place. For a sandwich shop it’s really good! I got the Turkey Bacon Ranch and the Engineer. Both very well made. Bread is so soft and smells so good! Bacon was so soft was not overcooked like most sandwich shops. Honestly out of both I loved the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Overall experience defiantly amazing, will come back for sure!! Amazing decor, and the kids get a cute firefighter hat!! Total win win!

Usually they do okay here. But we ordered two large subs and took them home. They got both subs wrong. They added cheese when I said no cheese, and then I ended up ordering one of their more expensive sandwiches and instead got one that was wrong and I did not like it

So refreshing to find a place that just serves up consistent food, consistent service, and decent prices. Those 3 things are almost never found all in one place since 2020 and all the current generation of teenagers came out of the woodwork to take out their rage on us old fogeys who can’t understand what happened to basic tenants of customer service. These guys do it right, you can tell they have a customer-oriented culture from the top down. Love my Firehouse.
