I really love this place and the fact that it offers gluten-free sub bread. Very much appreciate that. I do wonder though what their rate of pay is because the workers seem less than thrilled to be there at times. I’m curious about the cleaning schedule of the soda machine since it very often seems to be covered with soda splatter. I asked and the person was somewhat vague. That being said, the sodas offered are really awesome since there’s a bunch of different flavors to choose from on the fancy touch screen. Overall, they do a fairly good job and we go here pretty regularly.

I’m not sure if you were allowed to add.. it just didn’t have the flavor . I will definitely look into it. But great job guys. best atmosphere I’ve been to in VA

I am not happy with my experience at this firehouse subs. I went in to get a quick sub on my lunch break and the service was HORRIBLE. When i got my steak and cheese it was cold. Then this brown haired young lady was extremely rude to me. If there was a way I could give this place a zero I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
