Weirdest experience ever. Caden/Kaden (white male) wants to play boss but doesn’t know the first thing about being a boss. Going around and barking orders is not what a “manager” does. Nor does a “manager” have to yell on the top of his/her lungs that he is the manager and this is what managers does…he was/is a little boy walking around in his dad’s shoes. Further, he was belittling a new female associate whom apparently just began work three weeks ago and was already shift manager…again, no idea why office politics were on display tonight. Lastly, he cut the drink machine off while at least 6 people were in the restaurant AND the restaurant still had a few minutes to spare before being officially closed. Again, is this what a “manager” does?

On my one hr lunch. I had ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich for the first time, not knowing how it was supposed to look like. I had to wait a very very long time before I was called for my food. Finally, I collected my food and was very excited to eat. Bit into my sandwich and there was no chicken when I asked if the sandwich was suppose to have chicken it,the lady took the sandwich like it’s my fault there was no chicken. I would understand if they were rushing to get it done. But they took their previous time to get it done. now I am late for work. Check-out food before you leave.

I went to this location on 6.09.23. Never again. Floors were filthy, tables not cleaned, drink area dirty. Employees behind counter griping about other employees, only 1 working to take order and make sandwiches. I heard 1 customer tell them the drink machine was not working right. They just said, yea we know. Got my drink about 10 min later and still not fixed.

Food is amazingly good, but the staff was very rude and the attitude was just unnecessary. We ordered few Subs but the person behind the counter was just not having it. I will definitely go and eat @ Firehouse Subs but just not at this location.

First I must say that the store is of high integrity. I had a great afternoon lunch but had dropped my wallet with more money in it than I should have been carrying. After such a stressful day searching for it I received a call from Shawn who had found it. I’m really grateful to the store manager who put it in the safe as well as Shawn for their honest hearts and valuing their customers. I absolutely will be returning again! I hope you get a raise Shawn!
