This place sucks! I went in for chili and soup and they said okay and took my money. Goes to the back for 5 minutes and come back and says “we aint have no soup would you be okay with mac and cheese.” I said thats fine, wait another 5 minutes and get handed two cups of mac and cheese! Then I asked where my chili was and he threw his hands up and said “I told you we aint have no chili or soup” Bad customer service and horrible communication. Will never go back

Order not correct, I got the same sub my son did and I paid for extra toppings. I paid 4.29 for a half cup of cheese sauce and a few noodles. I placed the order online at 5:43 for a pick up time of 6:05 and by 6:36 my food was just finishing up, not to mention I had to ask for the Mac n cheese cups because the order they put of for me to pick up wasn’t correct. I don’t know what the issue was bad I got bad quality food for 43$. Lets just say dinner was not what we weee expecting it to be. Then I tried calling guest services and after being on hold for 15 minutes they disconnected me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give no star I would, 45 minutes to get my food, bathrooms were disgusting, no napkins, no ice, and drinks out machine were flat, sweet tea tasted like it went bad a day ago. My hot subs came out cold. Place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in couple weeks.

Placed order in person 2 hours early and paid for 12:30 pickup. Walked in at 12:30 and they hadn’t started order told me there were other orders in front of mine. Really? Placed this just as they opened. There weren’t any other pickups while I was there. Now I’m late for a business lunch.

Order was incorrect. My wife and I both got sick same night we had it. Only asked for no onions and had them. My Wife was also given two toppings they didn’t ask for. We felt horrible all night less than an hour after eating.

Another excellent visit to Firehouse Subs Staunton, VA location. I enjoy dropping by this location when traveling thru the area not only because of the terrific subs & super customer service, but it’s also fairly easy to navigate to from I-81. It’s always been a very clean, friendly, and relaxing place to stop and grab a bite to eat. But enough about the location and onto the main reason you go to Firehouse Subs, the food. It’s frequently an internal debate of mine when I’m standing at the counter getting ready to order about which of the delicious items to have, but I personally have a “go to” choice that you can’t go wrong in having … the Italian Sub “fully involved” combo! Is it because it was the first Firehouse Subs sammich I tried, or simply because it’s a top tier caliber choice? I’m not sure, but then you do always remember your first … lol! I always pair the Italian Sub with a bag of jalapeno chips and an ice cold Coca-Cola from the “Coke Freestyle” machine, which is yet another of the reasons that I love visiting the various Firehouse Subs locations. Trust me, you won’t leave disappointed, or hungry!
