My hubby and I were not greeted. There were about 5 people working. They greeted most of the people after us. I came in for the Name of the day. He did check my ID, Then forgot to remove from the check . Our sandwiches were delicious!! I would definitely go back to this location. The prices are more reasonable than the location by my house. Won’t go out of my way but when I’m in the area.

I have been here quite a few times over the years. It’s changed a bit. My sandwiches are still pretty decent, but each time I try to order the Cherry Limeade they are out (most of the time). I know sometimes supply and demand can be a little off though.

I would give them 1 star if possible. The young man with the razor lines on his right eyebrow, actually threw my sub on the counter after he tried to tell me that I only paid for one. The young lady with braids and just one or two burgundy braids had the nerve to tell me no need to get upset after a customer stated I know that you are pissed. Sad we had been back in the country for one day when reality hit.

The absolute worst customer service experience. I frequent Firehouses while I travel and this is the first time I’ve said hello to staff and gotten blank stares or ignored. When ordering I may as well have been at a kiosk, I had assumed there would be a standard of at least a fake customer service grin. When they were announcing my order was ready they said the wrong name, and added or whatever the name is.
