So I went in to Firehouse Subs to try them out. I asked for 4 subs. 3 subs I wanted toasted. When I got home, no sub was toasted. Two of the subs were completely wrong. I was not pleased at all. Tried to call and got hung up on twice. Will never go there again. Not worth the money at all!!!

At night time, whoever works that shift try to make simple things difficult, and because of that I have taken my business elsewhere I simply try to get a large sub; half brisket half prime rib every time they scratch their head and confusion and say they don’t know how to enter it into the system. So below I have attached some training tools for the night shift; besides, the fact, they can simply charge me for two medium subs besides look at me with blank stairs, and say they don’t know how to do it……

There were very helpful individuals working here at Firehouse subs. The food was good and the place was clean. The only tiny problem we encountered was that my wife’s bun was not steamed and mine was not grilled. They weren’t that busy but I felt like they were all a little new to the job. All in all it was still a really good meal.

They definitely stepped up their game. I remember when the last manager was there and oh boy that place was going down I can tell. The manager always wearing those raggedy shirts and really making it look like firehouse didn’t care. Today when I came in I was greeted with a “welcome to fire house” for the first time in awhile and it just made me smile. Staff is super friendly and they got my food out in great time. I talked to the manager Chris and he told me that him and his assistant manager Stephen are turning firehouse around for the better. Definitely coming back again and again!

Best subs in town (by far) made by hardworking, friendly employees…couldn’t ask for much more! I was chatting with the guy who took my order and I guess they’re under new management. Not that I think they needed an overhaul but he’s doing something right…an all-around SUPERIOR experience! Great job Firehouse!
