There is a single employee working here currently. He is telling everybody that subs are taking a minimum of 30 minutes to prepare. I ordered ahead online and my order was 20 minutes late. Please don’t have a location open if you’re only staffing it with a single person. Its not fair to anybody involved.

Went to order a steak and cheese sub and asked specifically for no onions or peppers and still received a sandwich with one, when I asked them to remake it the cashier had the biggest attitude in the world over a simple sandwich. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just make the moment right for the customer. Never going to this location again.

12 minutes to make 1 sandwich. Only person in line. No one started it for 7 minutes till I got ready to ask for a refund. Same sandwich at subway for 1/2 the price and in 2 minutes. Not coming back here again!

There has been a couple times that I’ve tried to get food before 830pm but it’s already closed. Last time I got there around 825pm and the door was already locked, the sign on the door said they closed at 900pm. There was lady that was cleaning she saw me that I knocked and then I pointed out the hours but she just laughed.

it took me 25+ minutes to get two subs. staff was more concerned about filling online orders than my order as an in store customer. they filled multiple online orders for people not present before filling mine. that is unacceptable. and unacceptable timeliness in my opinion. no reason to have to wait 25 minutes for 2 subs
